Definition:
Stone coated metal roof tiles are made of aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet as the substrate with fingerprint resistant coating, covered by color stone granules and acrylic resin.
1. Aluminum-zinc steel sheet (PPGL) is plated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6%silicon as protection coating, which with much better performance than normal Zinc galvanized steel sheet (PPGI) on anti-corrosion, anti-oxidant, heat reflective, heat resistance, economy etc. as well above the aluminum-zinc plateing layer is fingerprint coating, it makes better appearance and increase lifespan of the tiles.

2. Colored stone granules is the surface decoration layer of metal tiles as well as the protection layer. It is made of basalt particles which treated by high-temperature sintered ceramic process.
