1. We use Galvlume Steel in stead of Galvanized Steel
Galvalume = Aluminum Zinc. Galvanized = Only Zinc.
Aluminum will be oxided after in touch with air. Oxided aluminum is very tight protective layer to slow further rust.
In the coastal place, we strongly suggest them to high aluminum zinc contents to let the sheet has good performance of rust-proof.

2. Stone Chips
Sangobuild stone coated roof tile are covered with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which be taken from quarries in French.CL granula have excellent performance for UV resistance and anti-aging,fire resistance and break heat conduction.It could guarantee 100% fadeless.
Furthermore,CL stone chip is anti-algae.
Sangobuild Acrylic resin glue has strong sticky strength and good weatherresistance after cohere. Use the acrylic resin super glue will make the stone granule stick firmly on the aluminum zinc steel plate.
Oridnary glue with bad adhesive but lower cost, easily making the roof leak in short time and different temperture. And the surface will change under certain weather condition

Q: How long is the stone coated tile's service time?
A: The aluminum-zinc steel plate is stronger the other building material. The glue spraying on surface also adopts new technology.so our roof tiles can be used for more than 50 years.
