1) Mineral Surface Granules / Quartz Anti-Slip Sand
Sangobuild asphalt shingles are covered with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which are taken from quarries in French. CL granules have excellent performance for UV resistance and anti-aging, fire resistance, and break heat conduction. It could guarantee 100% fadeless.
2) Weathering-Grade Modified Asphalt Coating
Sangobuild Asphalt Shingle use of modified asphalt, large extension and strong bonding, and higher intake for filler, will bond all the materials together. This makes asphalt shingles resist wind and rain erosion for a long time keep product performance in cold and hot weather, and play a role in moisture resistance oxidation.
3) Fiberglass Mat
Glass fiber reinforcement: Strengthen of the carrier to a more solid quality, and strengthen the capacity of anti-aging. Sangobuild have two quality fiberglass mat that could be chosen: 95g/sqm or 110g/sqm. It plays the role of a carrier in the production of asphalt shingle technology, it makes the product not only have excellent waterproof performance but also keeps waterproof performance even if the shingle surface is broken. It can make the product bear the vibration caused in production, transportation, construction and use.
