Stone coated metal roof tiles use aluminum zinc-plated steel sheet (also call galvalume steel and PPGL) as the base, covered by natural stone chips and acrylic resin glue. The weight is only 1/6 of the traditional tile and it is easy to install.

Sangobuild roofing tiles are coated with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which be taken from quarries in French and it also supplies the stone chips to the factory for stone coated roof tiles in New Zealand, South of Korea and USA. The granular is weather resistant and against extreme UV. It could guarantee the color will not fade.
4. Stone chips bonding tightly

We usually finish the production about 10 days after receiving the deposit, except the busy season.
4. Does the color fade?
Sangobuild roofing tile will not fade. We use CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which be taken from quarries in French and we also supply the stone chips to the factory for stone coated roof tiles in New Zealand, South of Korea and USA. The granular has excellent performance for weather resistance and against extreme UV. We never receive any complaints for the color fading.
