Galvalume Steel - Strong the stone coated steel roofing sheets 

Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. All Sangobuild® roof products are manufactured from alu-zinc steel which has shown in tests to last 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel roofing products.

There are two kinds of stone chips in the market.
One is pre-painted stone chips; this is the use of paints to coat natural stone.
These chips are very bright mostly when new! But the lifespan is limited to about 2-3 years. Fading is visible after the first few weeks past installation. Other manufacturers use painted stone which quickly changes color due to UV and comes off easily due to low-quality basecoats.

The other chip is sintered stone chips; it is the most advanced technology of the chips for stone coated roofing sheets. Sintering is the process of compacting and forming a solid mass of material by heat or pressure without melting it to the point of liquefaction. A: The stone coated roof tile should install the roof which has 20 degrees roof pitch. If the roof pitch is below 20 degrees, it will be easy to leak.
