Butyl waterproof tape is mainly composed of butyl rubber, other additives, polymer materials, environmentally
friendly,solvent-free,non-curing self-adhesive waterproof sealant produced through a special process. The surface has adhesion,
weather resistance, aging resistance and water resistance, and has the functions of sealing, damping and protecting the surface of
the adhere. Because it does not contain solvents at all, it does not shrink or emit toxic gas; because it does not solidify, it
has a follow-up to the thermal expansion and contraction of the surface of the adhere and mechanical deformation, and is a
waterproof material. Excellent mechanical properties: high adhesive strength and tensile strength; good elasticity and elongation.

Butyl Tape Construction method
1) According to the shape of the color steel plate or the gap of the joint, according to the design requirements of the project, select the appropriate specification of waterproof tape;
2) Before the paste, the impurities such as water, oil and dirt on the surface of the color steel plate must be completely removed to keep the paste surface clean;
3) Starting from one end of the color steel plate, open the double-sided tape and align the tape to the overlap of the lower board in a straight line along the seam,and then press the tape from hand to light to make it adhere to the color steel plate firmly;
4) Tear off the upper separation paper of the adhesive tape, press the color plate steel plate of the upper layer of the interface into the joint, and squeeze the seam sequentially after pressing, so that the seam is firmly bonded and the seal is tight
