1.Qualified Galvalume Steel
All Sangobuild stone coated roofing tile is made by galvalume steel (Aluminum-Zinc coated steel sheet=PPGL) which have shown in tests to last 6-9times longer than ordinary galvanized steel(Zinc plated steel=PPGI)
2.Fingerprint resistant Coating
There is a fingerprint-resistant coating on one side of the galvalume steel which could extend the product life. We could make any color for the fingerprint-resistant coating customized and also could make double side fingerprint-resistant coating.
3. High-quality natural stone chips
Sangobuild roofing tile are coated with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which be taken from quarries in French which also supply the stone chips to the factory for stone coated roof tile in Singapore,South of Korea and USAranula have excellent performance for weather resistance and against the extreme UV. It could guarantee 100% fadeless.
4.Pour glue
The technology for traditional spray glue will cause the granules to drop out and uneven color, we improve the technology to pour glue which could avoid the problem very well.
